In 1946, a man name Fredrick Hebert bought a Todur Style mansion on route twenty in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. He made candies so he called it the Hebert Candy Mansion where he made all his candies. Mr. Hebert introduced white chocolate to the United States in 1956 after tasting “white coat”candies while in Europe.
White chocolate became really popular as a result of Mr.Hebert's discovery. They also have genevans, artisan chocolates, premium bars, and fudge. They even have a create your own sundae! It is made from bliss dairy ice cream flavors. You can also enjoy some frozen yogurt, sorbet, sherbet slammer, root beer float, and a turn your ice cream into frappe . My experience at Hebert Candy Mansion was amazing! We came on a day where they were showing antique cars and we saw lots of red cars!! When we came in the mansion there was TONS of candy. They mostly had chocolate bars and especially salt water taffy. The flavors of the taffy was banana flavored, peanut butter flavored, and MANY more. The best part of the mansion was the ice cream!! They had so many flavors! My favorite flavor was vanilla.Visiting Hebert Candy Mansion was a blast!! I hope I will come visit again!!!!!
